How do I edit? - How do I do it - change the site content? You will be given password access to an administration area set up so you can manage your own web site in privacy and as often as you like. If you like you can think of the administration area like a control panel, where you can select various options to create, remove or amend items within the live site. Whenever you are editing any text, you will be using a very simple text input screen which is no more difficult than writing an e-mail.

Can I change often? - How often can I update the site? As often as you like, as the mood takes you, or when you have regular updates to make. If you don't have anything to change on the site then of course you can leave it completely as it is - it will be there for you to amend when you do log in.

Do I get help? - What help is available to me? Your administration area will contain an extensive help file that will offer assistance and instruction for all of the functions you can perform on your site. If you should ever have a question that is not answered, please feel free to write and we will respond with a full answer asap. One key concept to grasp about your site, is that as it is so simple to update, you can try out combinations or correct errors as often as you like, so if you make an error, you can go straight back in and change it.

Can I expand? - I know I can add pages, how far can I go? When we set up your web site, you will have selected one of the plans available to you. This sets the overall limit to the total number of pages you can use, and if you should want to increase the number of pages available to you, we can change you to another plan quickly and easily.

E-commerce? - Can I sell online too? We have developed a fully content managed shopping cart system that will dovetail beautifully with your new site. However, we do not simply have this as a 'plug in' to the standard site, as there are many items to be configured (we have all seen those 'one size fits all' cookie cutter shopping carts) and this is not one of those. Developed to as high a standard as the rest of our products, the shopping cart will enable full content management, so you can add items for sale, alter their prices, add or amend their descriptions, suspend them from view (and so on) and if you wish, have all transaction details stored in a database so you can then use our analysis tools to look for clients, orders trends, etc. We configure each shopping cart system and test it out thoroughly with the payment gateway of your choice (such as www.worldpay.com, www.paypal.com, or www.protx.com ). Links and email? - How do I get links and e-mail addresses to work? This is so very easy - you just type them in, and the programming converts them to live links, assuming you haven't made any errors! But then again, if you have, you just go and amend them once again. Easy!

Back ups? - what happens in a catastrophy? We will back up your site free of charge once a week, and should you ever have a complete disaster, like realising you want your site put back the way it was before you started amending it - we can do that for you, subject to a minor charge. Of course we also retain the back ups against the unlikely event of any problem with the server. If there is ever a problem we will make the utmost effort to get you up and running again without delay.
