Plans and pricing
Pricing is based upon your selection of a plan to meet your particular needs. You will have read that with this system you can add as many pages as you wish, of course this has to be within the maximum number of pages set for the plan you have selected. You can upgrade your plan at any time.
Remember: A content managed site is one you can update yourself (you manage the content). All prices are quoted in Sterling - Great British Pounds - GBP)
You will be familiar with the concept that web sites also have to be hosted on a server and that there are costs associated with that too. In our content managed product we combine the two, so that ther are no hidden costs - the price quoted is for the hosting AND the use of the content managed site.
Regular content managed sites:
Note: A two year registration of a .co.uk domain name is included in the set up cost
Standard: Maxmimum 10 main pages, and five sub pages per main page. (The site search and site map pages do not count towards this total).
Set up (see below)*: £270.00 (One time cost)
In use: 10.00 per month, minimum period one year (£120.00 pa)
Enhanced: Maximum 20 main pages, and ten sub pages per main page. (The site search and site map pages do not count towards this total).
Set up(see below)*: £270.00 (One time cost)
In use: 15.00 per month, minimum period one year (£180.00)
Large site: Maximum 50 main pages, and fifteen sub pages per main page. (The site search and site map pages do not count towards this total).
Set up(see below)*: £270.00 (one time cost)
In use: 20.00 per month, minimum period one year (£240.00)
Custom content managed sites: Where you would like your own bespoke structure, which can include content managed shopping carts (e-commerce), custom mailing lists, client or stock management databases for back office use, custom built membership or message board systems (and so on). We can custom build anything you require.
Development costs: Quote - if we are developing a programmed solution especially for you alone, then of course we would have to charge for the development. This would be subject to approval of a quotation from us, which would be linked directly to the amount of complexity and work involved.
Set up: £270.00
In use: 10.00 per month, minimum period one year (£120.00)
Payment
Payment is to be for a minimum of one year in advance.
Renewals
You will be contacted as the anniversary of your set up comes up for renewal.
Cessation
As your site information is stored in a database, you may be concerned that in the event you decided to move elsewhere, that you would not have access to this data. Of course the programs that run the content managed site remain the copyright property of PLD-NET, but the content which you have added to your site, can be returned to you, burned on a CD-R in both a text file and 'SQL' file, to help you. There is a one off charge of 10.00 for this service, but we sincerely hope that you will be a client of ours for a long time to come.
*Set up: Each of our content managed sites will look very different, and within our set up cost we will incorporate your own look for your site, based on specific instructions from you, or we will design a special look for you alone. The set up price includes the two year registration of a new domain name for your new site. |
